Data We Collect
When you place an order via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram DM, we receive and store:
- Customer name and recipient name (if different)
- WhatsApp / phone number
- Email address (if you contact us by email)
- Delivery address
- Order details (items, quantity, event date, dietary preferences)
- Proof of payment (bank transfer / QRIS) for confirmation
We do not store credit card numbers, passwords, or health data. We do not use third-party tracking cookies; basic Cloudflare analytics only retain aggregated anonymous data.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used only to:
- Process and deliver catering orders
- Confirm orders and answer questions
- Send updates about your order
- Meet legal obligations (invoices, tax)
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Storage and Retention
Order history is retained up to 12 months for accounting and after-sales support. After that, data is deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention is required by law.
Your Rights
Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27/2022), you have the right to:
- Request a copy of personal data we hold
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion (except records required by law)
- Withdraw consent at any time

Security
WhatsApp messages use end-to-end encryption. Email runs over Google Workspace with standard TLS. Payment proofs are only accessed by designated operations staff.
