Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 May 2026. Applies to all orders placed via ibumanja.com, WhatsApp, or Instagram.
Ordering and Lead Time
All menu items require a minimum 2-day preorder (H-2, delivery date minus 2 days). Same-day and next-day orders are not accepted. For large events or peak periods (Eid, Christmas, year-end), we recommend ordering 7 or more days ahead to ensure availability.
Payment
Payment is made 100% upfront via bank transfer or QRIS before the order is processed. Proof of transfer must be sent via WhatsApp for confirmation. Orders are finalized only after payment is confirmed.
Cancellation and Refund
- Cancellation H-2 or earlier: 100% refund less an admin fee (Rp 25,000).
- Cancellation H-1: 50% refund (ingredients already purchased).
- Cancellation on the delivery day: no refund (food already prepared).
Menu or quantity changes can still be made until H-2 at 18:00 WIB, subject to availability.
Delivery and Pickup
Delivery uses Gocar / GrabCar (paid separately by the customer) or self-pickup from a location confirmed via WhatsApp. For tampah orders, Gocar or self-pickup is required because the platter size does not fit a motorcycle.
Delivery area: Bandung and surroundings within a 30 km radius of central Bandung (Cimahi, Lembang, Padalarang, Soreang, Jatinangor). For locations outside this radius, contact us to confirm.
Quality and Complaints
Food is prepared fresh on the delivery day. Inspect your order upon arrival. Quality complaints must be reported within 2 hours of receipt, with photos, via WhatsApp. We will respond with replacement, partial refund, or credit toward a future order based on the situation.
Allergens and Dietary Preferences
Inform us of allergies or dietary preferences (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.) when ordering. While we take care, our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients including nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and shellfish — cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed to be 0%. Customers with severe allergies should confirm safety before ordering.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or inability to deliver caused by events beyond our control: natural disasters, transport disruptions, power outages, strikes, government regulations, or pandemics. In such cases, we will offer reschedule or proportional refund.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved by good-faith discussion; if unresolved, by the Bandung District Court.
